This might be a good weekend to whip up some fucking Adobong Manok sa Gata.

Chicken Adobo in Coconut Milk, as noted.

Good fuckin eating.

I haven't actually done this with chicken before, I used to make it with pork loin back before I gave up partaking of the swine.

I'll let you all know how it goes.
